Rolltop Expedition Backpack (Made to Order)

Made to order. Please allow 8–12 weeks. I'm a one-person shop and every pack is cut, stitched, and riveted by hand after you order. I'll keep you posted along the way.

My signature rolltop pack. The rolltop keeps out rain and weather, and the tension-distribution strap system spreads the load across 14 rivets for a balanced, fully adjustable carry. Each one takes roughly 40 hours and over 9 square feet of leather, and is fully lined in cotton.

Your leather, chosen together. Leather availability changes with what the tanneries have and what I have in stock, so after you order I'll reach out with the leathers I have on hand and we'll pick yours together. The photos show past packs in leathers like Seidel Oxblood and British Tan Double Shot, Emerald GenX, Horween Chromexcel, and Sepici.

Pricing: starts at $1,000. Some premium leathers and customizations (extra pockets, added depth, special hardware) cost more. I'll confirm the final price with you before I start, and you can cancel for a full refund if it doesn't work for you.

Hand-stitched with Ritza Tiger thread, solid brass roller buckles, and 30+ rivets, each reinforced with a leather washer. Built to last generations.
